Life can be a conscious voyage on the sea of dreams, surfing the waves of love. This book is a response to the calling of my soul, who longed to tell her story which might inspire people to open up to live their story according to their own inner wisdom. Our soul keeps us constantly connected to the Source, and you might already have your preferred way of communicating with it. Whether through prayer, meditation, dreaming, or by listening to intuition, body awareness, breath flow, the language of nature, or the magic of synchronicity, everyone has access to their guidance within. We all carry a unique gift we have come here to develop and that makes each being an original work of art. While we live, we are fully responsible for our mental, physical, emotional, and spiritual condition. We were born into a specific body and background, potentially aware of how on a deeper level everything is interconnected – at the level of body, soul, humanity, our planet and the universe at large. Creating this book has become a three-year journey of healing, self-acceptance and increasing awareness of the uniqueness of my own journey. Where is the place on Earth where I am supposed to be? I asked myself a few years ago. During that time, my natural desire to grow my awareness on the path to mastery in being myself attracted many kindred spirits who whom we support each other. We enjoy being and living this mystery together. The dream of our soul holds the idea of what it wants to experience and create for ages and across lifetimes. The task of our human self is to open up to this big dream of the soul and allow it to reconcile anything that is not aligned with this great soul’s intent in our current life. Each of us moves within the flow of life as an endless experiment. Collectively, we are on Earth in the middle of a war for our consciousness and energy. The only way out of the chaos is through higher vibrational states of being such as love, peace and joy. It all starts with our thoughts, emotions, words and actions. Let’s not wait for any savior to tell us what to do. Instead, let’s turn inward. To the truth about the light of the Source, which is our essence. Let’s anchor in the awareness that we are love and thus allow our body to radiate it in the form of light outside of us. A few years ago, I had a dream in which I was presented with a list of values that will be fundamental on Earth in the future. I missed humanity among them. Our soul, heart, empathy and humanness, these qualities are now needed more than ever before. As the old structures of the outside world fall apart and we are seemingly constrained by restrictions, we are presented a life chance to immerse ourselves inside and by consciously sailing the endless sea of dreams on the waves of love, to return to our essence, which is crystal clear love. Only when we harmonize within may the outside world change. The game we play here therefore begins and ends inside each of us.

This book is a collection of poems that God has bestowed upon me and has been one of the ways he has revealed himself to me. Waves of Comfort is a journey of a heart—a heart that Father God is continuously molding to become more and more like his son Jesus Christ, with the help of the Holy Spirit along the way. The message of this book shares how our God ministers to us in times of joy, times of sorrow, times of fullness, and times of emptiness. Each poem has scripture references for you to read and ponder so the Word of Christ may dwell in you richly.

Pen Augustin is an energy healer or lightworker, as some would say. She gives a voice to the various life forms of our world by connecting with their essential energy and consciousness. When entering into the archives of the Akashic Records, Pen communicates with guides who express the soul wisdom of those who share our beloved Earth with us~bodies of water, animals, insects, even the moon. Each of them has an essential role in teaching us about the unity and value of our sacred existence. Pen shares personal stories of awareness as she shares bits of her own and others’ healing journeys. Peace of mind and joy of heart are everyone’s birthright. The blood of the Tuatha de Dannan tribe flows through the young Irish princess, Isolde, who believes in the Old Ways. Isolde honours earth, air, wind, and fire and worships the Mother Goddess, Danu, who breathed life into the Isle of Eire. But just as Isolde is poised to take the throne, she encounters the winds of change in her beloved land. When her lover, Tristan, comes to her from King Arthur’s court, they go together into the countryside to learn about Christianity, the faith brought in by the Romans, which is rapidly pushing out the ancient pagan religions of Ireland. In an enchanting blend of myth, folklore, and history, Waves of Light takes the reader on a journey of discovery in which the budding Queen Isolde learns that ideals must sometimes be set aside to make room for the new, and that leadership is about creating change that can be believed in. Set in a pivotal time in Irish history, this companion book to Waves of Darkness offers a fresh, original, and beguiling take on Celtic folklore and culture.

A leading psychiatrist offers an accessible and in-depth analysis of love in all its phases—from the first blush of romance to various marital challenges. In The Psychology of Love, eminent psychoanalyst Dr. Samuel Kahn draws on forty years of experience with the love lives and troubles of patients, both single and married. He has worked with people who believe all you need is love and others who believe there is no such thing. In between, he has encountered all manner of dilemmas, beliefs, and misconceptions about this essential human phenomenon. According to Dr. Kahn, a proper understanding of love from a psychological perspective can help us solve or prevent the common problems that arise from it, bringing greater happiness for ourselves and our loved ones. First published in 1968, this volume covers topics such as falling in love, jealousy, promiscuity, and divorce, among many others.

Among seismic waves generated by widely dilferent types of sources, the waves that are the most interest ing and of the longest duration are usually surface waves (which are also called normal waves, interference and channel waves, natural vibrations of layers, etc. ). These waves are distinguished by their dispersion and reso nance, and are used in many investigations - in the determination of the structure of the medium (the existence of surface layers and waveguides), in the determination of the coordinates and properties of the source (in par ticular its energy and mechanism), in the identification of subterranean exploSions, in the mapping of micro-· seisms, in the tracing of storms, etc. Outlines of the wide literature concerning surface waves can be found in [2, 9, 40J. Surface waves can be classed as Rayleigh or Love waves, depending on their velocity and polarization: the displacements of particles in Rayleigh waves are parallel, and the displacements in Love waves perpendicular, to the vertical plane containing the direction of propagation (some variation from this polarization is possible close to the source or in the presence of horizontal inhomogeneities in the medium). The present work is devoted to the calculation and investigation of Love waves in a vertically layered medium. The method used is based on the spectral theory of linear differential operators. ' This method is much more effective than previously applied methods based on the approximation of the medium by a set of homogeneous layers.

Time and time again as humans we box ourselves into corners, lose sight of the important things, and fail to heed the creative and intuitive voices that offer us assistance. According Terry Lynn Taylor, one of the best-known and well-recognized experts on angels, it is in such moments that we should turn to angels. They are always there to help. All we have to do is ask. In her new book, Messengers of Love, Light and Grace, Terry explains how to recognize and access the angels in our lives. She offers a creative approach for having our wants and needs met by calling on our angels to work their magic. According to Terry, this process is far more than angels simply answering our prayers. Rather, they guide us in the right direction through intuitive communications that allow us to generate the answers to our questions and problems ourselves.

"What the heck is my partner thinking?" is a common refrain in romantic relationships, and with good reason. Every person is wired for love differently, with different habits, needs, and reactions to conflict. The good news is that most people's minds work in predictable ways and respond well to security, attachment, and rituals, making it possible to actually neurologically prime the brain for greater love and fewer conflicts. Wired for Love is a complete insider's guide to understanding a partner's brain and promoting love and trust within a romantic relationship. Readers learn ten scientific principles they can use to avoid triggering fear and panic in their partners, manage their partners' emotional reactions when they do become upset, and recognize when the brain's threat response is hindering their ability to act in a loving way. By learning to use simple gestures and words, readers can learn to put out emotional fires and help their partners feel more safe and secure. The no-fault view of conflict in this book encourages readers to move past a ""warring brain"" mentality and toward a more cooperative ""loving brain"" understanding of the relationship. Based in the sound science of neurobiology, attachment theory, and emotion regulation research, this book is essential reading for couples and others interested in understanding the complex dynamics at work behind love and trust in intimate relationships.

"To claim that Works of Love is an important philosophical essay is to assume hazardous burden of proof. The book's title is an allusion to the Bible's injunction that we should love our neighbor as we love ourselves, a far cry, far instance, from Diotoma's ladder of erotic desire up which we climb from the love of bodies until we catch a vision of that "single sea of beauty," beauty itself (Plato, Symposium). This contrast, given that some of some of our neighbors may not be particularly likable or one may even be a determined enemy, suggests immediately to some that a book with such an obviously religious title must be excessively moralistic and, at best, full of sermon helps for the harried clergy or, at worst, laden with rules for the unlearned laity. A casual perusal of a few paragraphs, however, shows these "put-down" views of the book to be unfounded"--
